Q: Where are you located?
A: Suburban Eats is located at 610 Broadhollow Rd. (Route 110) in Melville. We are on the right hand side of 110 as you head south, about 1 mile south of LIE Exit 49 in the Fortunoff’s shopping center.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Monday through Friday 6 am to 8pm. Saturday from 7am to 5pm. We are closed for retail business on Sunday, but will accept catering orders.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: We provide free local delivery service during normal business hours with a $10 minimum.

Q: Will you deliver outside the Melville area?
A: We do offer extended delivery service with an applicable delivery charge.

Q: Do you accept corporate house accounts?
A: Qualified businesses may open a house account with Suburban Eats by completing our corporate account application. A credit card is required for confirmation purposes. We bill our customers monthly, and expect payment within 30 days.

Q: Do you accept debit/credit cards?
A: Suburban Eats accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.

Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Suburban Eats offers gift cards in your choice of denomination.  They can only be redeemed in-store.

Q: Do you have any specials?
A: We offer a 1 page menu of rotating daily specials consisting of hot entrees, soups, salads, sandwiches, and pizza specials. These menus are posted online everyday, in addition to being faxed to a list of recipients each evening.

Q: Do you cater?
A: Suburban Eats has an extensive catering menu, combining the many talents of our professionally trained chef/owners with years of experience in the business. Our catering menu can be found online.

Q: How do I place my catering order?
A: Our trained staff makes it very easy to place your catering order. You may come into our store and speak with a representative in person, or place your order over the phone.  As always we stand prepared to answer any detailed questions you may have, or to make suggestions to help your event run smoothly.

Q: How long in advance must I place my catering order?
A: We ask that all orders be given to Suburban Eats 24 hours in advance to allow for proper planning and ordering for our business. Sunday orders should be placed by Friday afternoon.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy for catering orders?
A: We ask that all catering orders be confirmed with a credit card for deposit, and cancellations be done no later than 12 hours prior to your scheduled delivery/pick-up or a 50% charge will be applied.

Q: Does Suburban Eats have a waitstaff for my event?
A: No, however we have enjoyed several successful working relationships with staffing companies, and are more than happy to put you in contact with someone. All pricing and scheduling will take place between the customer and staffing company.
