Timothy Caras • Ivan Rodriguez
The owners of Suburban Eats have diplomas from top culinary institutions and extensive hands on experience in the industry. Timothy is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College as well as the French Culinary Institute and has worked at the West End Cafe and DC-3 Gourmet Delicatessen. Ivan, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America as well as an alumni of establishments such as the West End Cafe, Arizona 206, La Marmite, La Coquille, the Newport Grill, the Ivy Cottage and Carlton on the Park. The owners personally oversee the creation of all food dishes and daily operations of the business. Tim & Ivan are available to assist in answering any questions or in planning your next event.
